New badge very soon!

Dear agents,

We are going to finish another series of Anomalies (Exo 5) and that means that there should be a new cycle starting. The next badge event will be about creating as many control fields as you can, so start farming portal keys like a madman!

If you get 100 control fields you will get the first badge. The second one could be obtained if you achieve the next goal, that is, 500 control fields. And the last badge, only for Ingress experts with plenty of spare time that is to create 2.000 control fields, yeah! I wrote 2.000!! Gosh! And all of that in two weeks!! So stop reading and go and farm keys!!

New course - new ideas

Hello agents!

Here we go again! A new course started and that means we will have plenty of new projects coming. We will have new agents joining us, new mosaics, new missions, roles, stories and some new surprises!

I hope we will have fun together while you learn and practise your English in and outside the class.

Keep an eye to this blog and play Ingress!

School Project Mosaic

Hey guys!

It took a while, but finally we got our Mosaic Missions approved! So here we have our first Banner for the Project and I'm sure it won't be the last one.

It's a 12 missions sequence. It starts and finishes at the same place, that's our school church. The first portal on each mission will ask you to type a password which corresponds with the number of the mission. The rest of the portals on each mission will ask you to hack them. The mission will cover several of the main different parts in the city centre of Guadalajara.

When you finish everything, you will get this reward and, by the way, I think it is worth it!! Enjoy!

Friday the 12th of May - Ingress time!

Hey guys!

Tomorrow it's Friday, so that means that we have Ingress instead of English.

Remember to bring to the class:

• The Class Resources which belong to each of your roles. Go to the Class Resources section, download your files, print them out and get them to class tomorrow.
• Your mobile phones.
• Download EDpuzzle into your phones and installed it.
• Headphones because we will do a Listening activity.

Schedule:

• 15 minutes to prepare the OP (arranging the plan in groups using the intel map - the Strategist leading) - Use English.
• 10 minutes to exchange items (Managers) - Communicate the OP's to the Team Leaders (Strategists) - Write on the Rubrics (Supervisors)
• 15 minutes minutes to write the reports/files.
• 15 minutes to work with the Listening activity.
• Investigate the Niantic Project - Throughout/after the class, inside the class, outside the class.

Requirements to continue with the project

Dear students,

As I told you in class, there are some requirements for you to continue playing and learning English doing this project. Those requirements are explained in the "Info" section as an update which is called "Minimum requirements to continue with the project: (UPDATE)"

New page into the blog

Dear students,

A new section has been added to the blog. The new section is called "Roles" and there you can check the different duties you will perform in/outside the class depending on the role you adopt.

I will give you the chance to organize yourselves into your own teams and share and distribute the different roles which are set. You will have one week for you to test the different roles and establish the final ones among the different members of your teams.

This is the beginning

Enlightened

Dear agents,

This is the first message you receive about the Niantic project. You have to investigate and read to learn about the truth behind Ingress. The world is no longer the way it was and you have to take part into the battle to control people's minds.

You can choose to support the Enlightened if you feel that Shapers' technology will enhance the human race.

Resistance

However, if you feel that we are going to become slaves and we are going to be oppressed by the Shapers, you can protect the human race by joining the Resistance.

Choose your faction carefully since there won't be a second chance to change your mind.

Remember, this is not only a game! This is Ingress!
